The Time to Act Is Now

 Walmart, the Defendants, have filed motions pending before Judge Daniel D. Crabtree in the District of Kansas (Tenth Circuit), which could be ruled on at any time.

As stated in our brief:


This Amicus Brief calls on civil rights advocates and community leaders to stand up for the integrity of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and to protect the democratic principles it embodies.

The deadline to sign and have your voice heard before the Court is Nov. 30th, 2025.
